How will my order be delivered?

If you have purchased a handset it will normally be delivered by a DHL courier and you will be required to sign for the order. If you have purchased a SIM card only, it will be delivered using Royal Mail first class post.

Where will my O2 order be delivered?

To protect your goods, we will only deliver your items to your home address.

What time will my O2 mobile phone be delivered?

Your O2 mobile phone will be delivered between the hours of 9am and 5pm unless you have selected the "Before 10am" or "Saturday before 12 noon" payable delivery options. Within these time frames we are unable to specify an exact time that your phone will be delivered.

Will someone need to sign for my O2 mobile phone?

If your order includes a phone - because of its value - a signature will be required.

What happens if I am not at home to receive my mobile phone?

If you are not at home to receive your new O2 mobile phone, the courier or postman will leave a card with details on how to contact them to rearrange delivery or to collect the phone from your local courier depot.
